- The barrel is a custom Rice 7/8 x 36” 50 cal with 1×56 rate of twist shortened to 32” for reduced nose weight.
- L&R #175 percussion lock fitted to a custom L&R #780 solid patent breech for safety on those heavier loads
- Nipple sized for #11 percussion caps and a cleanout screw for to keep things tidy
- The sights are open hunting sight in the rear and a brass blade in front.
- This beautiful gun is trimmed in antiqued brass for no glare and the stock is antiqued too in a hand rubbed matt finish
- There is a handy cap box inlet in the stock for extra caps, patches and balls
- As a lighter weight gun with better balance it will soon become your “go to’’ hunting gun favorite
