These Transitional would have been crafted by the German Immigrant gun builders fleeing to the colonies to escape religious persecution in their homeland. It’s no longer a Jaeger Rifle, but it offers great balance, lighter weight, and the great new styling that lead us to the Kentucky rifle, as we now know it.
