These Transitional Rifles were crafted by the German Immigrant gun builders fleeing to the colonies to escape religious persecution in their homeland. It’s no longer a Jaeger Rifle, but it offers great balance, lighter weight, and the great new styling that lead to the Kentucky rifle, as we now know it.

- Rice 31” ESR (European Sporting Rifle) premium swamped barrel in 50 caliber, 1×66 round ball twist, Radius grooved, breeched and indexed, milled for underlugs and sights installed.
