F-373 R-Dubois Saint Etienne French Fusil Fin

$2,099

This fine French Fusil was made and signed by the late Leeds Dubois.

It was made specifically for the smooth bore competition at the Michigan Primitive Invitational shoot, held annually on the high banks of the Manistee River in the Manistee National Forest and accessible only by canoe. Referred to as the “Shoot Da Canoe” EVERYTHING had to be authentic to the period before 1800.

This Fine French fusil has had less than 50 rounds thru it, and gently cared for.

It is in 20 ga. octagon to round tapered barrel from Centermark of Philadelphia, PA., featuring a very unique aged patina used on the barrel. It is inlet into a tiger striped black walnut stock shaped in the typical French curved style profile.

The lock of choice is hand tuned Gale Flintlock which was Leeds local favorite.

The trim is highly polished iron cast by the Rifle Shoppe from originals built in the French Armory at Saint Etienne. The wrist inlay with the French Fleur de Lee is in Nickle Silver.

We are proud to be able this very nice French fusil at a very modest $2099 including shipping!
