The components are chosen to closely match those on your trade fusil. Here are the specs:
- The stock is in Black Walnut Fully inlet and shaped for barrel, ram rod, tang and lock.
- It is inlet for a smooth bore octagon to round 9” Rice English barrel in 20 ga.to match your big gun so you can use the same patch and ball.
- The trim is in the trade gun style with an English trigger guard in iron with the acorn finial symbolizing England as “stronger than the mighty oak”.
- It houses a plain simple trigger pinned thru the stock wood.
- The lock of choice is the Chambers Queen Anne Pistol flintlock. It features the same styling as the trade gun scaled down to fit the pistol size.
- It is held in place by a small scale, finely detailed, brass serpent side plate to match your trade gun.
- This gun uses the matching corrugated brass ramrod pipes found on the bigger gun as well as the brass turtle front sight.
