RTF-155 Early Penn B 45

$2,299.00

This beautiful rifle has been completely assembled in the white, and then dis-assembled and ready for your final finishes and re-assembly.

The components are all first quality and so is the workmanship.

The stock is hand shaped CM-5+ from a Freddie Harrison select blank in an early Penn style and inlet for a Colerain 38” swamped B weight barrel with Radius groove rifling for easy cleanup and perfect balance. The underlugs and sights have been milled and installed.

The stock has been finish sanded and carved along the fore end and lock mortise and tang area and the side plate has been inlet. There is incise carving behind the cheek piece and tang as well.

The chosen lock is an engraved early English round faced Wilson flintlock from Danny Caywood firing into a coned vent liner. It is tripped by RE Davis #4 adjustable double set riggers.

This fine rifle comes complete with a sliding wood patch box shaped from the same piece of CM-5+ curly maple.

The trim is in brass with the casting gates removed and ready for polishing and/or antiquing. These parts have been drilled and pinned,

with the pins removed, and all bolts have seen drilled and tapped and cut to length. This will be a really beautiful gun when finished.

We’re proud to offer this READY TO FINISH gun for you at a very modest
$2299 including shipping
